Have you ever seen a traveler with a grumpy face? May be never, it is too difficult to see one, it is like spotting the Bigfoot (Sasquatch) out in the forest.  A traveler never gets bored because he is always on the move to find new places, breathing the fresh air, eating exotic food and exploring the intoxicating nature.

Have you ever wondered why we get bored ? We get bored  because we stop exploring, we stop wandering and we get stuck in our life.  A normal person wakes up every morning , get  washed , get dressed, goes to the work, does  the work like a robot , comes back home , sleeps and the cycle repeats every day, 7 days a week, 4 weeks a month , 365 days in a year and probably for the rest of the life. Where is the excitement in such a life? You repeat the same cycle everyday, the never ending boring life.

A traveler's life is far more exciting than this, it’s a new life every day , the traveler might be on the top of mount Everest one day and the next day he might be appreciating the beauty of a rare Lion claws flower in the Atacama desert. We travel  to open our eyes and  our heart, we travel because we want to learn more about ourselves and the world.  We travel to see the world in a different perspective, in different shades. Traveling shatters the prejudice , it turns you upside down and makes you to think outside the box. Traveling is an enlightenment to find the inner soul.

The quest for traveling  can be summed up with a  quote by George Santayana , We “need sometimes,” “to escape into open solitude, into aimlessness, into the moral holiday of running some pure hazard, in order to sharpen the edge of life, to taste hardship, and to be compelled to work desperately for a moment at no matter what.”
